I am a Creative Producer with 8+ years of creative marketing experience, with nearly 6 of those years working for Global, world-class campaigns at Nike. I am a process obsessed, relationship building, creative problem solving, passionate storyteller. I love developing and bringing ideas to life in the most efficient and innovative ways possible. I am known to run a tight ship, ensuring my projects are extremely organized, clear to comprehend, deliver on time and are on budget. But always balanced with kindness, empathy and fun.
As a Producer who also has strong creative strategy experience, I have the unique perspective of both creative and execution. I balance the needs of storytelling, narrative and visuals with the realities of budget, timing, and resources. I’ve managed budgets from $25k-$7M, while in the same breath thinking up headlines for those same global campaigns.
My latest experience as the Lead Creative Producer for the Nike + Lego Partnership empowered me to be a true leader. For the Partnership Announcement, I built dynamic production models for each phase of production and developed strong operational creative processes from the ground up. I am a trusted leader and became the go-to gal for VP-level communications, across all cross-functional partners. I absolutely love building and maintaining relationships, and all of the ups, downs and politics that comes with them. I am able to build and bring teams together no matter the circumstance. I always deliver, and I do it with a smile on my face!
I truly, emphatically love what I do as a Creative Producer: 1) untangling, operationalizing and executing a campaign from brief through delivery, 2) producing and delivering emotive and inspirational assets, and 3) guiding creative development, branding and ensuring that what I deliver is narratively aligned to the overarching purpose of our campaign. I thrive in fast-paced, complex environments where I can turn a mess into abstract art. I am insatiably curious, eternally optimistic and forever pushing myself to expand beyond my comfort zone. My experience has developed me into a producer, campaign manager, creative strategist, and creative ops extraordinaire and brand manager all in one - ensuring that the way I work and what I produce is above and beyond standards.
